CMS clients are taught skills to negotiate, mediate and resolve conflicts with diplomacy while meeting challenges abroad.
By understanding verbal and non-verbal cues in various non-kinetic settings, international security threats and strategic communications, CMS clients attain “heightened situational awareness” giving them a deeper understanding of political and cultural tensions and "learned" skills in bridging those differences and opening lines of communication with key political and military leaders.
Expertise in intercultural dispute resolution, regional languages and cultural nuances can help shape foreign political and military environments to prevent greater conflict.
Conflict Management Strategies, LLC (CMS) is a privately run Woman Owned Small Business (WOSB) established in North Carolina in 2013.
CMS has supported both Military and Civilian Training requirements in all settings including pre-deployment exercises and on-site workshops and classes.
Our instructors have extensive knowledge and experience in training and curriculum development both in global and academic settings. We serve government, military and civilian clients in international and domestic conflict management skills.
